Description/Blazon
The shoulder sleeve insignia of the Maneuver Center of Excellence is shown on the top of the silver mace all encircled by the inscription "MANEUVER CENTER OF EXCELLENCE."  Around the band or width of the mace is the inscription "MCOE BAND on both sides of the mace, below is a band of laurel above a star and radiating from base are rays of the sun, all silver.
